The TRansnational European Network for Development (TREND), which involves Universities, students, teachers, employees, together with the main players of local communities, plans and implements integrated awareness and fundraising actions, promoting campaigns in support of specific international cooperation projects.
The Campaigns have both the purpose of supporting the project activities and to raise the community awareness on sustainable development.
During the next year, together with European and non-European partner universities, we will createa global network, made up of local university networks, to support international cooperation and sustainable development.

A humanitarian bridge towards countries in difficulty
BRIDGENET is a fundraising project launched, at first, to consolidate the humanitarian corridors for the entry of Afghan students in Italy. The first aim is to raise 20,000 euros, in order to fund a scholarship for a university student.
Bridgenet’s goals comprehend several other programs, all of them aimed at addressing the practical problems of welcoming foreign students and researchers who, together with their families, find themselves in difficulty in their home countries.
Our efforts are all aimed at making Bridgenet a permanent UNIPV reference, intended as a bridge towards the university world in need.

The new TREND Magazine aims to spread as much as possible the culture of international cooperation and sustainable development, with a broad and detailed vision on the commitment of the university community.
